CareerPush ("we", "us") is a subscription career-support service for freshers and early-career candidates. This policy explains what personal information we collect from candidates who use our service, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
We only collect information necessary to provide the service. Through our signup form and ongoing service delivery, this currently includes:
We do not ask for or store job portal passwords.
We use this information solely to deliver CareerPush's services: setting up and optimizing your job portal profiles, matching and applying to relevant openings on your behalf using candidate-authorized methods, sending job alerts, coordinating interview support, and providing after-joining support.
Your profile and resume details may be shared directly with hiring contacts or employers as part of the outreach and application process you've signed up for — that sharing is the core of the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing outside CareerPush without your separate consent where required by law.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and do not publicly expose resumes or personal details. Access is limited to the CareerPush team members who need it to support you.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent for us to continue processing it, at any time. To do so, email privacy@careerpush.in.
We retain your information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle any follow-up (such as after-joining support), unless you request earlier deletion.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
